This is why we’re thrilled to bring you the news that there will be a Pancake Day Food and Drink Market in Belfast, Northern Ireland, later this month. Read on for all the mouth-watering information you’ll need about this glorious market.
What’s at the market
Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) will be hosting a Pancake Day market on their grounds at the end of this month, celebrating the wonderful date with some amazing local food and drink.
Some of the confirmed stallholders that will be at the market include Crepe Makers, Tapitas, Streetza Pizza, Salt & Chillie, Chowder Up, and Parkgate Farm. There’s sure to be more announced, so stay tuned!
The QUB Campus Food and Drink Market will bring together a delectable range of hot food stalls showcasing some of the finest produce our little Emerald Isle has to offer. The market is designed to raise the profile of local producers and their products, and all are welcome to come and explore.
This looks like a wonderful event, and we’re so excited to pop down and check everything out when it’s up and running. We’re planning on eating our body weight in delicious hot pancakes.
Oh, and before we forget, QUB urges anyone who visits their Pancake Day Food and Drink Market to take a selfie with their exclusive Snapchat Pancake Day Face Lens.
We’ve said the word “pancake” so much it’s starting not to sound like a word anymore.
Location, date, and time
If, like us, you’re dying to get to this market, don’t worry—because it’s happening soon.
The market will be taking place later this month on Tuesday, 25 February. It will be happening at Elmwood Hall QUB.
