Food experts at Deliveroo have revealed the results of their 2025 Restaurant Awards, celebrating the most loved restaurants around the UK and Ireland. Here’s what they had to say.
Dublin’s thriving dining scene – a haven for international dining

Several well-known spots in the Irish capital were named the among the best restaurants in Ireland at Deliveroo’s annual awards ceremony.
Among them was Sandymount’s fantastic Bujo Burger Joint, which was named Ireland’s Most Sustainable Restaurant. Taste of Hong Kong in Dublin claimed the award for Best Chinese. Meanwhile, Kerala Kitchen was named Best Indian and Nepalese.
Another popular spot in the capital, Reyna took home the award for Best Middle Eastern. San Sab was named Best Thai. If you’re looking for succulent chicken dishes, look no further than Mad Egg. Or, if you’re more into Japanese cuisine, check out Musashi.
Dublin has plenty of top-quality Mexican restaurants, but it was Pablo Picante on Dawson Street that reigned supreme.
Best Restaurants in Belfast and Galway – creative menus and delicious dishes

Outside of Dublin, several popular establishments took home awards to be named among the best restaurants in Ireland.
Salad bar SEED in Belfast was named Best Independent Restaurant of the Year. Known for their fresh and healthy dishes, SEED has become a firm favourite among locals looking for a quick and nutritious lunch.
Staying on the healthy side of things, Belfast’s Juice Jar claimed the award for Best Salads and Healthy Cuisine in Ireland. Still, if you’re looking for indulgence, Belfast’s beloved Pizza Co. claimed the award for Best Pizza in Ireland.
Elsewhere, Smashbird in Galway took home the award for Best Burgers and American in Ireland.
