9. Dropkick Murphys

This American Celtic punk band have been popular in Ireland since their inception in the USA all the way back in 1996.

4. Gavin James

Irish singer-songwriter Gavin James has been smashing the charts in Ireland and abroad these past few years.

He won the Choice Music Prize Irish Song of the Year award twice (2013, 2016), and is becoming one of the most talked-about names in the industry.
