Located in Limavady, between Portstewart and Derry city, Binevenagh stands tall above the sprawling stretch of coast.

Now, however, Binevenagh is getting the recognition it deserves.

According to new research by car manufacturers MINI, the Northern Ireland beauty spot has been named among Britain’s ‘best undiscovered locations’.

MINI compiled a list of ten of Britain’s ‘best undiscovered locations’ to satisfy our cravings for adventure.

Identifying and judging over 100 nature-based locations across Britain, MINI came up with the list. They analysed both the popularity and wildness of each spot to come up with the top ten.

With beauty spots across Scotland, England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, we can’t wait to hit the road and discover the best undiscovered wild locations in the U.K.

Everyone knows about the breathtaking, mythical beauty of the Causeway Coast.

From the fascinating Giant’s Causeway to the hair-raising Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge to the historic Dunluce Castle, there is plenty to see and do.

You can find Binevenagh at the westernmost point of the incredible Antrim Plateau, formed around 60 million years ago by molten lava.

This incredible beauty spot is defined by steep cliff faces that stretch for 10 km (6 miles) along the breathtaking coastline. From the top, you will enjoy some of the most beautiful views in all of Ireland.
