The cocktail experts at Tales of the Cocktail Foundation (TOTCF) recently announced the regional top ten honorees for their 16th annual Spirited Awards.
Presented by Tequila Fortaleza, TOTCF revealed their top ten ‘Best International Cocktail Bars’ for various regions. These include Asia Pacific, Canada, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East and Africa.
Ranking alongside top cocktail bars in London, Rome, and Barcelona, Cask was named among the best in Europe.

The Annual Spirited Awards celebrates global excellence in the drinks industry, recognising professionals, organisations, and establishments shaping the cocktail community.
Announcing the winners, CEO Eileen Wayner said, “It’s more important than ever to support one another and celebrate our phenomenal industry.”
She continued, “We are honoured to take this opportunity to thank all of our colleagues in the cocktail community for their contributions to the industry and offer our congratulations to all of this year’s regional honorees.”

Other bars that gained recognition included A bar called Gemma in Stockholm and Freni e Frizioni in Rome. They also mentioned Parovoz SpeakEasy in Kyiv and Red Frog in Lisbon.
