An Irish city had cause to celebrate recently as they were named as being in the top five cities in the world to study abroad for students according to an international report.

The Irish city of Dublin had cause for celebration recently as they found themselves named in the top five cities in the world to study abroad for students, according to the Study Abroad Index report.

In another report called the 2023 World’s Best Cities Report, Dublin also performed admirably.

The Irish capital scored highly on the top 100 cities to live, work, and invest in. Dublin received a respectable 19th place position.

The new Study Abroad Index by global language learning marketplace Preply recently revealed that Dublin and its universities placed highly on their list of the best cities to study abroad.

Dublin earned a prestigious fourth-place finish among the best cities to study abroad in Europe.   Dublin earned a safety score of 48.3 out of 100, a happiness score of 7.04 and a cost of living score of 70.38.

These impressive scores helped Dublin to secure an outstanding fourth-place position in the report.

Paris came in first place as the best city to study abroad in Europe. It was closely followed by Berlin and Barcelona, with Dublin in fourth and Stockholm coming fifth.

The city secured first place easily, as five of the top 70 universities are located in the French capital.

Also, according to the report, the fact that Paris offered many benefits, such as low cost of living and affordable rental prices, made it a desirable prospect to choose for those who wish to study abroad.

The 2023 World’s Best Cities Report from Resonance Consultancy ranked the world’s best cities with populations of more than a million using a variety of factors.

This includes qualitative evaluations and statistical performance by locals and visitors in 24 areas grouped into six main categories.

The report’s main goal was to rank the top 100 cities to live, work and invest in. Dublin was included in the top 20.

London was ranked the best city in the world.

According to the 2023 World’s Best Cities Report, London was named the best city in the world. London is then followed by Paris, New York, Tokyo and Dubai, where you will find some of the best beach clubs in Dubai.

The report also mentioned the historic Ukrainian capital Kyiv as the 2023 Honorary Best City. Kyiv is praised for being an “urban beacon of courage and resilience”.

The World’s Best Cities ranking by Resonance Consultancy is “the most comprehensive study of its kind,” according to Bloomberg. According to the report, Dublin city “is made for flâneurs and entrepreneurs”.
