From ice skating snowmen to impressive full garden light displays, the six finalists for Ireland’s Most Christmassy Home 2021 have been revealed.

Taking ‘Deck the Halls’ to a whole other level, these six homes are illuminated in twinkling lights that we’re certain could be seen from space.

With entrants from all across the country, the final six have been revealed. However, it’s now up to the public to decide which one will take home the prize for Ireland’s Most Christmassy Home.

Various homeowners from all across Ireland compete each year to be crowned Ireland’s Most Christmassy Home. So, no matter where you are in the country, you can check out these phenomenally festive homes that are sure to bring a smile to your face.

From Carlow to Cork, Dublin to Galway, and Kildare to Wexford, finalists can be found in every corner of the Emerald Isle.

The public will have up until midnight on 19 December to vote for the overall winner, who will be announced the following day.

All for a good cause Ireland’s Most Christmassy Home spreading Christmas cheer in more ways than one

Not only will the fun and festive houses bring smiles to the faces of people across Ireland. Rather, the competition will also give back to those most in need this festive season.

The overall winner will receive €6,000 to give to a charity of their choice. Meanwhile, the second and third place runners up will receive €4,000 and €2,000, respectively.

The festive homeowners will not be left empty-handed either. Energia also gifts each finalist a €500 smart home store voucher.

Talk of more restrictions over the festive period is spreading across Ireland. So, the finalists for Ireland’s Most Christmassy Home are spreading some well-needed joy this season.

Geoff Codd, Head of Energia Marketing and Retail Development, said that they are blown away by the effort to create Ireland’s Most Christmassy Home.

He said, “Each year, we are amazed by the effort and the creativity that goes into every entry. We have great difficulty narrowing down the final shortlist, and this year was no different.

“We are delighted to be able to support local causes and charities and to help to spread some festive cheer.”

To vote for this year’s winner, all you have to do is text the corresponding house number to 51500 (UK/ROI).
