The Black Forge Pub, owned by controversial Irish MMA fighter Conor McGregor, went up in flames during an incident early this morning.

Fire at the Black Forge Pub – Conor McGregor’s Crumlin pub

Conor McGregor, who is originally from Crumlin, purchased the Dublin pub back in 2019 for a whopping two million euros.
This morning’s incident is not the first case of a fire at the MMA fighter’s Dublin 12 pub. Back in 2022, the venue was attacked with petrol bombs shortly after McGregor paid a visit.
Early this morning, footage emerged online of the Black Forge Pub up in flames again, showing thick plumes of smoke billowing out of the front door.
Emergency services responded right away – getting the blaze under control

The incident was reported to the Dublin emergency services shortly after the fire broke out on Friday morning. Dublin Fire Brigade and Garda were quick to respond to get the blaze under control.
It is unclear from the footage where the fire originated. However, according to the Irish Sun, eyewitnesses have reported that the blaze broke out overnight, into the early hours of the morning.
Photos posted online this morning show teams working to repair the damage done to the pub by the blaze, just in time for the weekend.
The causes of the fire at Conor McGregor’s Dublin pub are still unknown, but Garda explained they are investigating the incident.
