After a £2.3 million investment and two years of extensive planning and preparation, the four-star hotel is sure to impress. Inspired by 1920s art deco design, the interiors are sleek and sophisticated, with an air of timeless glamour.
The 30-seater hotel restaurant showcases a modern, seasonal menu featuring fresh, local ingredients. Thus, adding to Portrush’s already thriving restaurant scene.
Head Chef Edward McGarvey describes his cooking as “good, honest food”. Guests can expect the very best of Northern Irish produce. The restaurant sources ingredients from suppliers such as McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers, La Rousse, and Morelli’s Ice Cream.
