The Dog and Duck Inn in Lisbellaw, County Fermanagh, was named the best pub in Northern Ireland at this year’s award ceremony.
A voluntary organisation, CAMRA campaigns for beer and pubs across the country. The Best Pub of the Year awards is part of their annual campaign. They consider factors such as value for money, atmosphere, and customer service when selecting their winner.
Best pub in Northern Ireland – plenty going for it

The pub offers a cosy vibe, friendly staff, and 14 taps serving an array of independent beers and ciders. The Dog and Duck Inn is a dog-friendly pub located just five miles outside of Enniskillen.
Setting it aside from the rest, the pub is also home to the Glenwinny micro distillery. Here, they produce small batch rum, brandy, and whiskey using the best locally sourced ingredients.
Taking the crown for Northern Ireland, the Dog and Duck Inn joins 16 other hopefuls who will compete for the title of UK Pub of the Year.
