The best hotel restaurant in Ireland was officially revealed to be one in County Clare at the YesChef Awards. The awards took place in Dundalk recently.

The winner of the prestigious award, Best Hotel Restaurant in Ireland 2023, revealed at the awards ceremony on 8 May, was the Shannon Springs Hotel.

The latest string in its bow is the Best Hotel Restaurant in Ireland 2023 award. The YesChef Awards recognise the hotel for its continued excellence in the hotel restaurant field.
Also competing in the group with the Shannon Springs Hotel were the Talbot Hotel in Dublin, the Waterfront House in Sligo and Roe Park Resort in Derry.
Elsewhere during the awards ceremony, YesChef also announced that the best luxury hotel restaurant was Marlfield House in Wexford.
Marlfield House beat out stiff competition from other great establishments. Such as Knockranny House Hotel in Westport, Newry’s Killeavy Castle Estate, and Clontarf Castle in Dublin.
