1. The Hungry Moose
Last, but not least, we have the top place in Kilkenny to locate a burger. This restaurant opened in 2017 and was awarded the title of Ireland’s best burger. The owner of The Hungry Moose is none other than Chris Telford, who previously served as personal chef to The Rolling Stones. Last year he launched a fundraising campaign to aid in the opening of the restaurant, raising €22,840. The winning burger, The Hungry Moose burger contains a patty made up of short rib, chuck and brisket beef patty.
